Crystal Faces — an original from Romulo Kuranyi’s new VIBRA line, painted in Brazil in 2025. On a sprayed turquoise gradient surface — as if looking through crystal into the depth of the ocean — faces layer themselves into a collective voice. Each face carries its own expression: smiling mouths, heart-shaped lips, wide-open eyes, calm profiles. Together they form a frequency.

The VIBRA series is Romulo Kuranyi’s main body of work — faces nested within faces, a visual language for human encounter and what connects us. Crystal Faces belongs to the new VIBRA line and combines the spontaneous spray technique with the precise, gestural marker line — a combination that makes the piece feel alive with every change of light and room.
